About me

After gaining a leadership position only two years into my teaching career I felt excited and up for the challenge but totally unprepared. I went on a journey of self-discovery as I learnt what it took to be an effective leader.

I went on to Head of Faculty positions and Trust leader before I was deeply privileged to co-found a new educational campus in Cambridge, where I collaborated with some of the best educators and leaders in the country. We started with 67 students in Year 1 and built to nearly 750 pupils in Year 5. I wore many hats during the development of the campus, all of which required me to lead in different areas of its expansion.

However, before long I got burnt out.

I reached out to a coach and spent years understanding how we tick as human beings and how we can perform at our best more of the time.

I went on to gain an M.A. in Psychology and Diploma in Coaching and started my business. Since then, my work has been published on various platforms and I have been awarded for my work with The Cambridge Leadership Academy, in their ‘Born to Lead’ program. I have spoken globally about leadership, human potential and business, and I am in the process of writing my first book.
